Community Establishment

  • We provide assistance to developers, owners and committees to help them formalise the registration of their property with RERA. It is our aim to make the transition process from developer control to registration with the Community Management as easy as possible.

    • Facilitate and conduct the committee meetings
    • Liaise with RERA on Community registration as well as assist in registering committee members with RERA
    • Set up escrow bank accounts for managing association funds
    • Facilitate and administer the tender process for service providers and manage the handover process.
    • Develop policies that align with the culture of the Community
    • Formulate Owners’ manuals and tenancy welcome packs specifically designed for the community
